About the service
tutupay is the unified payment and balance service for the Tutu suite, offering top-ups, balance management and checkout for value-added services. Balance from top-ups is spendable only within Tutu products and is non-withdrawable.
Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for actions and spending under your account and for safeguarding your credentials. One Tutu account holds one balance shared across the suite; do not lend your account to others.
Top-ups and spending
Top-ups via Alipay/WeChat are credited to your Tutu balance once received; checkout deducts from your balance instantly and creates an order and ledger entry — please verify the amount before paying. Payment success is determined by callback/reconciliation.
Availability
We work to keep the service stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; it may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades or force majeure.
Changes and termination
We may update features or terms; significant changes will be announced in-app. You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time.
