What we collect
Account info (email / nickname), your balance and transaction ledger, and order records. Payments are handled by official Alipay/WeChat channels — we never touch or store your card number or payment password, only the trade numbers needed for reconciliation.
How data is protected
Transaction and balance data are stored securely server-side; any third-party upstream credentials are AES-256-GCM encrypted and never returned to the frontend. Balance changes use row locks with a full ledger trail for reconciliation.
How data is used
Only to provide payment, balance, order and reconciliation services. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Retention and deletion
You can review your balance and order history anytime. After account closure, data not required by law/reconciliation is cleaned up following a retention period.
Third parties
Payments are processed by Alipay/WeChat under their privacy policies; if you sign in with your Tutu account (tutuid), that flow follows its privacy policy.
