How to redeem a code, top up, spend your balance, and what to do if it hasn’t arrived.

Redeem with a code

Bought a code on a marketplace? Redeem it into shared balance in three steps.

  1. 1 Open TutuPay and sign in with your Tutu account.
  2. 2 Go to the redeem area on the Balance page and paste your 16-character code (up to 20 at once).
  3. 3 Click redeem — it credits instantly as shared suite balance.

Example: A7K9-PQ3M-WXYZ-4T6N

Codes are 16 characters, only A–Z and 2–9 (the easily-confused 0, O, 1, I are excluded). For bulk redeem, paste the whole block — codes are auto-extracted and de-duplicated.

Where balance is spent

One Tutu account, one shared balance: value-added services across tutuedit, tutucut, tutuaudio and more all deduct from the same balance — no need to top up separately.

FAQ

My top-up hasn’t arrived — what now?

Alipay / WeChat payments usually credit instantly. If it’s not there after a few minutes, refresh the Balance page; automatic reconciliation self-heals and re-credits even if a callback was lost. If it’s still missing, contact us with your trade number.

Where can I spend my balance?

One shared balance works across the whole suite: value-added services in tutuedit, tutucut, tutuaudio and others all deduct from the same balance.

Can I get a refund / withdraw?

Top-up balance is for spending within the suite and is non-withdrawable. Paid orders can be refunded per policy by support, returned to your available balance.

What does “already redeemed / invalid / expired / disabled” mean?

Already redeemed: the code was used (possibly by you — check your balance); Invalid: the code doesn’t exist, verify the characters (no 0 O 1 I); Expired: past its validity; Disabled: turned off by operations.

Where do I buy a code?

From our official marketplace store; redeem it into shared balance to avoid payment-channel fees.
